If available, discounts are based on group size, where they are staying, how the reservations will be paid for and numerous other factors. If you are bringing a group to Milwaukee or the surrounding area, please fill contact our sales manager Tanya Melsheimer. Here are some of the questions that she will need answered to determine whether we can provide a discount for your group:

1. How many people do you expect to fly in?
2. Which airports will they be using?
3. Where are your attendees staying?
4. What days do you expect most people to arrive and depart?
5. What is the schedule for your group? What days are you starting and ending your event? Do most people stay for the whole event or do they trickle in and out?
6. Has your group used Airport Shuttles before?
7. How will the fares be paid? Will the guests pay their own way or will the group cover the cost of transportation?
8. Do the attendees travel as couples or in small groups?

Once we have the answers to some of these questions, we should be able to provide an idea of what sort of discounts we can offer.
